I remember I had a boyfriend who would eat every time he felt that something was not right in his body. At the slight hint of a need ~ any need, the slightest message of imbalance, he would conclude that his body must need a snack.
One of my most transformative coaching moments happened when I was 27.5. I was working as an editor and was in a relationship that was not very gratifying to say the least.
If you have experienced it, you know it. That feeling: you were feeling fine five minutes ago, and then, you get worried about something, or you have a memory that instantly pulls you down, and the next thought is, that pint of ice cream in the freezer.
